Yes.

  • For Brazil, the maximum purchase quantity allowed is 12 bottles for each 30-day period.
  • The payment of fees and taxes at the destination is the responsibility of the recipient. (Subject to fees and taxes upon arrival of the cargo in Brazil.)
  • The customer must necessarily have a valid digital certificate (e-CPF).
  • Estimated transit time: 30 days (subject to additional delay at Brazilian Customs).
 
 

Shipping to the EU and UK:
You will receive an email with the tracking number approximately 1 to 2 weeks after your purchase. You can monitor your shipment through the UPS online tracking page.
Delivery typically takes between 2 to 3 weeks.
Please ensure you are available on the expected delivery day. If the package is not delivered, you will receive another email notifying you of a new delivery attempt on the following day.

Shipping Outside the EU and UK:
You will receive an email with the tracking number 2 to 4 weeks after your purchase, which will allow you to track your shipment on the UPS online page.
Please note that the tracking number will only be available once the package has arrived in the US and cleared customs.
Delivery can take between 5 and 8 weeks.
Please ensure you are available on the expected delivery day. If delivery is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notifying you of a new attempt the next day.

Please note that if delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts due to the recipient not being present, a fee of €70 will apply for the fourth reshipment, which will be charged to the customer.

Exactly. The price per bottle includes an estimate of the shipping costs and delivery to your registered country.

There is no minimum number of bottles. You can buy as many bottles as you want from any winery. If you buy 6 or 12 bottles (depending on your country), all shipping costs are included. Below this minimum number of bottles for your country, additional shipping costs may apply. You can check the aditional shipping costs at any time in the shopping cart

Customers from non-EU countries may have customs fees at their expense.

Exactly. You can choose and buy wines from one winery and then repeat the same process for as many wineries as you wish.

You can finalize your shipment at any time by accessing the shipping button next to the shopping cart once you have purchased all the wines you want, whether from a single winery or multiple ones.

After confirming delivery at checkout, you will be able to fill in your shipping information.

You can change the shipping country at any time by accessing the shipping information menu in your personal information, as long as you have not yet made any purchases through the app.

Once your order is grouped and shipped, our logistics partner will send you the tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment.
