Description
Our most famous product, a symbol of the region, the traditional abafado from the area of the Municipality of Palmela, which was made in every house with a plot of vineyard, normally from the Fernão Pires and Moscatel grape varieties.
Aging in oak gives it body and smoky notes, which are combined with dried fruits, honey and jam, as well as apricot jam. Very smooth and fruity, it can be taken as an aperitif or digestive.
