Description

The grapes are picked and selected manually, guaranteeing the quality of the raw material that arrives at the winery. Upon arrival, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed lightly to burst the berries. This is followed by single-variety skin maceration lasting 8-10 days and alcoholic fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
