This wine is the result of a very particular winemaking process, triggered by grapes undergoing dehydration due to the Botrytis Cinerea fungus – the so-called noble rot, which distinguishes iconic Late Harvest wines worldwide. A perfect combination for this wine includes foie-gras, pâtés, and cheeses. It also pairs well with desserts.
