TASTING NOTES: Golden colour. In the nose notes of cinnamon and cooked apple can be find. Very round and elegant in the mouth with quince and honey flavours confirming the excelent aging capacity of these grapes. Very balanced freshness and acidity.
VINIFICATION: Harvest by end of August. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with cold temperature control for 15-20 days. After, it was decanted and then it stayed 8 more days at 8ºC to clear the wine. After this, it stayed 10 years in bottle.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Cheese, well cooked fatty fish, grilled cod, tuna or beef steak lightly braised, traditional desserts like creamy mil.
