Caladessa Red

Description

This winemaking process begins with the handpicking of grapes, ensuring only the best quality is selected. These grapes then undergo a maceration period of ten days. Following this, the fermentation process takes place under controlled temperatures to preserve the integrity and flavor of the grapes. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in French oak barrels, which imparts a unique character to the wine.
