Description

This wine, glowing with a brilliant ruby hue, boasts a lavish bouquet of red fruits like cherries and raspberries. It possesses a medium body that is refreshing, underpinned by a lively framework of mature tannins, culminating in a silky and sophisticated finish.
The grapes are harvested manually under the cover of night. This is followed by a period of cold maceration, then carbonic maceration for 22 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in previously used French oak barrels.
