Description
The wine was produced from Bical grapes harvested at the end of October 2005. Carefully chosen, they were placed in trays to dry in the shade for almost a month.
After a new choice followed by pressing, it was the must to ferment in used barrels. The stage lasted 4 years, until bottling at the end of 2009.
Citrus yellow colour. Scented aroma of country flowers and vanilla, all intense and expressive. Unctuous, complex, elegant, exuberant taste, but without losing seriousness. Long and affirmative finish.
