Description

It has a beautiful color typical of “blanc de noir” and a hazelnut aroma, cut by a light note of resin and pine needles, some balsamic, biscuit.

The mouthfeel is creamy and textured, with very fine bubbles, nuances of dry vegetables, ripe citrus fruits, ginger, very solid and imposing.

An austere, vigorous sparkling wine, but at the same time very elegant and sophisticated, with a long finish and full of character.
