After being bottled, this wine aged for 24 months inside the Lousal Mine – Grândola. The medium/high temperature of 25 degrees and, on the other hand, its regularity throughout the year, causes this wine to evolve more markedly, which is felt mainly on the nose. On the palate, on the other hand, these wines present great depth and tension and a life that impresses and surprises all our expectations. This white wine has a golden color, nose with resinous notes, ripe fruit, cistus and salt. On the palate it is plump with tension and vibrant acidity. Long and mineral finish.
