Description
VINIFICATION
Around 60% of this wine was aged in stainless steel vats and the remaining 40% in used 500-
liter barrels with bâtonnage for 120 days.
TASTING NOTES
It has a citrus color, aromas of orange blossom, some fresh notes of mint and a slight toastiness.
The palate is fresh, intense and balanced, with vibrant acidity, good volume and excellent final
persistence.
It should be served at a temperature of 10º C in a tall glass
