Aged for 12 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Golden color, fine bubble, homogeneous and persistent. The aromas are fine, with white fleshed fruit, some complexity and a slight toastiness. The palate is fresh and the acidity lively,
finishing unctuous and intense.
It should be served at a temperature of 8°c
