TASTING NOTES
It has an open salmon color, fine bubble and persistent cordon, elegant aromas of red fruits and
some spicy notes of mint. The mouth has excellent freshness and good amplitude, with intense
acidity and a crackling finish.
It should be served at a temperature of 8ºC
