Description
VINIFICATION
Around 65% of the blend fermented in small stainless steel vats and the remaining 35% in used
500-liter barrels, with bâtonnage for 130 days.
TASTING NOTES
Citrus color and aromas of citrus fruits, such as lime and lemon, and light floral notes. The
palate is fresh and balanced, with precise acidity, volume and a persistent finish.
