Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Four-month internship in stainless steel, with weekly bâtonnage.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color and well-defined aromas, with fresh notes of asparagus and citrus fruits, such as lime and tangerine, vegetable notes, balsamic and mineral nuances. The mouth is crackling and the acidity is lively. Unmistakably SauvignonBlanc.
GASTRONOMY
Ideal to accompany seafood dishes, lean and fatty fish, white meats or puff pastry compositions. Great to enjoy alone or as an aperitif.
