Description
VINIFICATION
This wine fermented in small stainless stell at 15º C for 16 days ando about 20% of the blend in
500 litre used barrels, with batonnage for 120 days.
TASTING NOTES
This wine made with Touriga Nacional grapes (100%) shows na open salmon color, elegante
aromas of small forest barries, with some balsamic notes, the mouth has good breadth and
enormous freshness with lively and well-marched acidity
