Description

TASTING NOTES: Intense violet color with intense aromas of spices, blackberries and blueberries. It is a rounded wine with polished tannins due to the oak aging. The mouth is rich in spices and wild berry flavors.
VINIFICATION: Separate harvest for selected parcels of Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet. Vinification on stainless steel tanks with cold temperature control for 10-12 days. Aged for 14 months on a mix of French and Portuguese oak barrels.
 WINE PAIRINGS: Perfect for game, grilled meat and even chocolate cake.
