Description
The Arinto underwent the entire fermentation and aging process on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. This method preserves its freshness and purity. The Verdelho completed its fermentation in used barrels and aged in those same barrels for 3 months. This process imparts additional complexity and character to the wine.
This wine has a clean appearance and exhibit a citrus color, while offers aromas of lemon blossom, citrus, and passion fruit. Its flavor profile boasts lively and balanced acidity, with a long finish.
