Description
Pét-Nat is an ancient method of producing effervescent wines. Unlike the more common method, in which the wine ferments in vats or barrels waiting to be bottled, in Pét-Nat the wine is bottled before completing the first fermentation.
Thus, the fermentation of natural sugars takes place inside the bottle. In this process, fermentation creates natural gas inside the bottle and the result is a fresher, more festive wine.
