Description

This wine has a straw-yellow hue, and it gives off an aroma of orange peel, with a pronounced citrus character. It tastes sweet, has a medium level of acidity, and a rich body.
Grapes are picked by hand. They undergo a process of cold maceration. The fermentation takes place in used French oak barrels, under a controlled temperature, for a duration of 10 months.
