Description

Vinification using small-capacity presses with controlled temperature and gravity bleeding. Aging in French oak barrels for 18 months, followed by aging in the bottle.

Winemaker’s Notes

It has a garnet color and complex aroma with notes of black fruit and jam. In the mouth, it reveals itself to be full-bodied and persistent.
