Description

Fermentation in stainless steel vats (80%) and in French oak barrels (20%) with malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in bottle.

Winemaker’s Notes

Straw yellow in color, complex with notes of spices and apricot and touches of pastry. It presents great volume with a long, unctuous and elegant finish.
