Description
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 14° and 15°C. Aging on fine lees for 3 months.
Winemaker’s notes: Greenish yellow color. A wine of enormous aromatic exuberance, it has notes of rose petals, grape juice and tropical fruit. In the mouth it reveals a vibrant acidity, which lends it freshness and minerality to balance the whole aromas.
