Description
Grapes where harvested manually, de-stemmed and placed in 300L clay vessels to begin the fermentation, which did not have any temperature control. Contact with clay, skins and seeds for 3 months. This wine aged in the clay vessels for 12 months.
Winemaker’s notes: Garnet color and complex aroma of fresh fruit and spices. It is fresh, safe and with a persistent aftertaste.
