Description

Winemaking Process: Pre fermentative cold soaking maceration followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and long maceration. Ageing in French oak barrels for 24 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color wine. Live nose with noticeable hints of dark and blue fruits involved by sparse oak.
Dense and largely backboned. Never ending and aftertaste.
