As the name indicates, this red reflects the very essence of Ventozelo: the sweetness of the fruit, the maturity provided by the terroir and the freshness of the Mediterranean forests. Made from two grape varieties from carefully selected batches, its long aging in barrels has refined the delicacy and sophistication shown from the beginning. A wine produced with all the patience and dedication of a work of art.

Tasting notes
Intense colour with floral aromas of very mature red berries and notes of fresh mint. Balanced in the mouth with notable acidity and excellent volume. Very round and soft with a fruity and lingering finish.

How best to enjoy:
A highly gastronomic wine that can be drunk by itself or with roast or grilled red meat.
