Description

After manual selection of whole bunches, the grapes
are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation
takes place at controlled temperature (12-16º) in
stainless steel.
Complex aromas of tropical fruit and citrus, evidenced
by the toasted notes of wood. It is a balanced, elegant
wine, with high freshness and persistence.
