Description

The grape variety planted in 2014 was harvested under excellent ripening conditions. It was vinified in a rotating tank with controlled temperature and underwent 15 days of maceration, including a cold pre-fermentation maceration. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for 30 months in new and used French and American oak barrels. It was bottled in July 2020
