Description
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 14º and 15 º C. Aged on fine lees for 6 months.
Winemaker’s notes: Greenish yellow color, with a nose showing tropical notes of passion fruit and lychees. There are also some floral notes and nectarines, typical of alvarinho. In the mouth it is vibrant and dense, with a long and intense finish.
