Description

Fermentation in small capacity mills with temperatures between 22 and 24 °C. Gently tanks transference by gravity to avoid late extraction of green tannins. Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 9 months.

Winemaker’s notes: Garnet in color, it has an aroma of dark chocolate and spices. In the mouth it is fresh, smooth and elegant.
