Description
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 14º and 15 º C. About 20% of the blend is fermented in barrels. Aged on fine lees for 6 months.
Winemaker’s notes: Lemon yellow appearance, with an exuberant nose showing intense notes of orange blossom, dill and melon, subtly accompanied by nuances of exotic wood and mocha. In the mouth it reveals some dryness, which gives it a great gastronomic flavor and enormous complexity.
