Description

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 14º and 15 º C. Aged on fine lees for 6 months.

Winemaker’s notes: Bright salmon color, it has some notes of strawberry, cherries and white chocolate. In the mouth it is elegante with surprising freshness.
