Made using small capacity mills, with controlled temperatures, bleeding by gravity. The wine was subjected to small gentle interventions and was subsequently aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels.

Winemaker’s notes: Garnet color and complex aroma of fresh fruit and spices. It is fresh, structured and with a persistent aftertaste.
