Kombu Viva Rosé marks the beginning of a happy partnership that brings together three projects that are passionate about quality: Home lab, which has been making its kombuchas based on organic teas produced by the small family-owned Chá Camélia, and Niepoort with the Nat ‘Cool natural wine line. Kombu Viva Rosé was born out of an encounter at the Camélia plantation, where roses are also grown alongside tea for culinary purposes.
