Description

After selecting the best grapes, organically grown, hand-picked in order to guarantee their perfect state of health.
These grapes followed their natural course in the winery:
total destemming, skin maceration and fermentation for three weeks, with spontaneous yeasts and controlled conditions.
After blending the various grape varieties, the wine aged in stainless steel for 15 months, underwent delicate corrections and a light filtration before bottling.
The result shows intense aromas of red fruit, mainly cherries and plums, light floral aromas and a medium structure in the mouth with just the right acidity, ending with a country finish.
