Description
After selecting the organic grapes, picked by hand in order to guarantee their perfect state of health, they followed the natural process of destemming and pressing fresh grapes, followed by fermentation of the must for two weeks, without contact with the skins and pips and with daily controls of the fermentation.
The result is a fresh, golden-colored wine with aromas of citrus fruit, stone fruit, particularly apricot, and light tropical aromas, with a balance in the mouth between acidity, fruit and unctuousness.
Pairings: Fresh wine, easy to drink. Perfect with starters such as salads, cheeses and fish dishes.
