After selection of the organically grown grapes, hand-picked in order to guarantee their perfect state of health.
Health of the grapes, these grapes followed the natural fermentation in tanning wines in which the masses are macerated and fermented for two weeks in contact with the skins and seeds, as if it were a red
wine. The result is an amber-colored gastronomic wine with intense aromas of stone fruit, particularly peach and apricot, with volume in the mouth and light tannins, striking a balance between structure, acidity and fruit, with a long finish.
Pairing: can be paired with vegetables, fatty fish and sweet meats.
