Description

After blending the various grape varieties, the wine aged in medium toast French oak barrels for 12 months, underwent slight corrections and a light filtration before bottling.
The result shows intense aromas of jammy fruit, toasty wood and a delicate tobacco leaf aroma. Polished tannins, structure, but essentially a balanced and elegant mouthfeel from the medium toast that respects the wine’s primary aromas.
