Description
After a 16-month aging in medium-toasted French oak barrels, the two grape varieties were combined in a batch. This batch subsequently underwent slight corrections and a slight filtration that preceded bottling.
The resulting wine presents intense aromas of jam fruit, toasted notes of wood and vegetal nuances. On the palate, it reveals a striking structure, with soft tannins, but stands out mainly for its balance and elegance, reflecting the influence of the medium toast, which preserves the primary aromas of the wine.
