Planted in a soil characterized by schist and granite, the grapes are from an integrated production system and have been harvested according to their perfect state of ripeness. The grapes are harvested by hand, in 20 kg boxes, and at night, providing a more careful selection and better preservation of the aromas. In the cellar, the whole bunch is pressed directly and cold decanted without additives, with little intervention throughout the process. Low sulphur content.
