Lush bouquet! Sandal wood, exotic notes and smoked. Hints of balsamic, clove, licorice and caramelized walnuts. Creamy, sophisticated palate, racy acidity yet, with a super subtle finish and finesse.
Excellent as a digestif, also pairs well with strong cheese.

SERVING & CELLARAGE
Decanting is recommended, served best at 14ºC or low room temperature 16ºC. It will last and maintain in good condition several months once opened.
