Settled, long, persistent and mature Manzanilla, in the purest traditional Sanlúcar style. Intense gold color, clean and bright. The nose shows balanced sharp notes of toasted cereal, citrus peel and balsamic. The palate is dry, fresh, smooth, creamy, very persistent, tasty and with marine connotations, hints of olives, lactic notes and toasted nuts.
