Pale golden yellow, clean and bright. The nose presents a fine and intense profile, with nuances typical of organic aging. Aromas of toasted almond, citrus peel and chamomile, among others, stand out. In the mouth it is light, dry and very smooth on the palate. It stands out for its persistence and smoothness. Undoubtedly, a manzanilla at the limit of its aging, hence the name “pasada”.
