Description
Winemaking Process: Partial destemming of grapes before their entry into the lagars, where they were trodden by foot during 6 days. Completion of alcoholic fermentation in used french oak barrels.The 2 years of ageing in oak was followed by another year of tuning in bottle in our cellars.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby colour. Atlantic characteristic wine, where balsamic nuances of resin and cedars get involved with iodine and salted sensations. Huge structure and great potential for ageing.
