Description
Winemaking Process: Complete bunch grape pressing. Spontaneous fermentation inside old oak barrels. Tuned and balanced by the bottle after one year of barrels ageing.
Tasting Notes: Wine with a bright aspect and of a faded gold color. Complex nose where we can find bee wax, clay, pottery, ending with a honey-coated fruit aroma. Complex tasting, with the appearance of various sensations during the tasting. Continuous ending, in an early evolution stage.
