Winemaking Process: A careful selection of the grapes growed at Quinta do Valdoeiro. Full destemming. Fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. 2nd fermentation in bottle accordingly to the traditional method.
Tasting Notes: Pale blush rosé color. Delicate nose where red fruits, as strawberries and raspberries, dominate. Middle palate confirms the nose, however, boosted by gastronomic acidity.
