The Mondadeira Palhete is a tribute to the hardworking women of Alentejo’s fields, crafted from old vine grapes and limited in production. This unique Vinho de Talha, aged in clay amphorae for four months and then in French oak barrels for two, is only produced in exceptional years. It boasts a complex profile, balancing earthy tones with a subtle fruitiness, reminiscent of the rich Alentejo terroir.
