Description
This is the first certified Pét-Nat of the vinho verde region, the end ohf the alcoholic fermentatoin is made in the bottle. This unique wine was based on Alvarinho and Loureiro grape varieties, without any addition of yeast or sulphites. It is a natural wine.
It has a slightly opaline citrine color, with fruity aromas and a very interesting complexity. It has its own gas of fermentation in bottle, very well integrated, and that gives the whole great liveliness. Large volume in the mouth with intense and prolonged finish.
