Description

This NatCool rosé is a multi-vintage blend, with all base wines being pressed before fermentation, as it would happen in a classic white wine production. The colour is concentrated with some orange hues. The nose reveals hints of violet, red berries and rhubarb as well as nutty aromas from the fermentation in new French oak. The palate is structured, linear, finishing with a sense of sweetness balanced by a lovely acidity and spicy finish.
