Description

The nose presents aromas nutty pastry crust aromas which mingle with lifted white peach and orange blossom perfume, combined with a flinty minerality of river stone.
On the palate it is a textural wine with vibrant and linear acidity. Suggestive of ripe and juicy citrus fruits, such as
lemon and lime, and fennel leaves. Its natural acidity offers the wine a prolonged and clear fruit persistence.
